Wake Up Cinema

Wake Up Cinema organizes monthly screenings of rare films from global cinema, many of which remain unknown to the Greek audience. These films convey philosophical, spiritual, and social messages promoting a world based on values, freedom, and love. Wake Up Cinema combines art with spiritual awakening.

Following each screening, there is an analysis of the film’s messages by psychiatrist-psychotherapist, spiritual activist, and founder of the “Light in Action” Movement, Mr. Giannis Augoustatos. This is followed by a discussion among the audience, who share thoughts and emotions sparked by the film, enhancing understanding and personal awakening.

This initiative began in 2018 and continues to capture public interest with impressive turnout. The screenings attract an increasing number of viewers, with cinemas filling up at each event.
